True North Yachts is a True Class Act!We’ve recently taken possession of our 2009 Hunter 33 from True North Yachts and can’t say enough about the service we’ve received. After several years of shopping around from boat shows to the internet, weighing new vs. previously owned, we finally made the decision to buy a boat in September of 2009.Unfortunately we were another customer caught in limbo when Angus Yachts closed their doors, losing a substantial investment with nothing to show for it. The fact that True North stepped up to work with Hunter Marine to help us achieve our dream, in itself is worthy enough of praise. The team of Allan Mestel and John Armstrong were men on a mission to do everything in their power to set things right for us and other Angus customers. Neither of these men owed us anything, yet they went the extra mile to set things right. However, that’s not the primary reason we’d recommend you visit the team from True North. In the five months we have been dealing with True North, our respect for them has grown. The same level of personal investment and integrity shown by Allan and John is ingrained in each member of their team. This is a team of real people who are customer focused. The team at True North will pay attention to your personal needs and your lifestyle – and will work with you to find the right boat that suits you. Their energy and their passion for sailing is contagious. Their attention to customer service is unparalleled. You quickly become a part of the True North family! Patrick Lewis worked diligently to prepare our boat for our initial launch. paying attention to every detail. Sarah Fenwick has been charming from the day she showed our daughter the Hunter 33 at the Boat Show to when she snapped our picture on the red carpet as we boarded our new boat. You can’t go wrong by engaging with True North Yachts – this is a team you can trust! Julie Reed and David Collinge Hunter 33 “Lost Together” |
